Keep It Down: Kindly keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours. 6. Mind the Cooking: Please refrain from cooking strong-smelling foods. 7. Hallway Etiquette: Keep common areas clear and avoid leaving personal items or garbage in shared spaces. 8. No Flammables: Please avoid bringing flammable materials into the property. 9. Responsible Guest: Any damage or rules violation will be charged to the responsible guest. 10. Respect the House: Handle the property with care and respect. 11. Check-in & Check-out Time: Adhere to check-in and check-out times for a smooth turnover. 12. Charges: ⚠️Hourly extension fee: ₱350 ⚠️Cleaning Fee: (Guests left the room untidy) additional fee of ₱600. ⚠️Waste Disposal: Let's keep it clean! A fee of ₱400 will be charged for improper garbage disposal. Please ensure that all garbage is properly placed in the designated “Garbage Room” outside the property. Thank you for your cooperation. ⚠️Check-Out Rules: 1. Cleaning: Leave the property in a tidy condition, including washing dishes and disposing of trash. 2. Trash Disposal: Take out all trash and put it to the dumpster (blue containers) outside the property. 3. Appliance Usage: Turn off all appliances before leaving. 4. Keys/Access Cards: Return all keys and access cards to the representative or co-host. 5. Personal Belongings: Check all drawers, closets, and storage spaces to ensure you haven't left any personal belongings behind. We cannot be responsible for items left behind. 6. Feedback: Share your experience via the Airbnb review system. 7. Security: Lock all doors and windows securely before leaving the property. This helps maintain security and ensures the safety of both the property and its contents. ⚠️Utility Outage Policy Clause In the event of a power or water outage, the following terms and conditions will apply: 1. Notification: Guests must notify the Host immediately upon experiencing a power or water outage. The Host will promptly communicate with the relevant utility authorities to determine the cause and expected duration of the outage. 2. Safety and Conservation Measures: 🔋 Power Outage - Avoid using elevators. - Use candles or other open flames cautiously. - Turn off all electrical equipment. 💦Water Shortage: - Limit the use of water-intensive appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers. - Take shorter showers and avoid baths. - Turn off taps when not in use. 3. Compensation: If the outage (power or water) persists for more than 12 consecutive hours, Guests will be entitled to a partial refund of 20% of the nightly rate for each night affected. This refund is intended to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the lack of utilities(provide us a video as proof of outage and restoration right after it happened). 4. No Liability: The Host will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Guests as a result of the outage, including but not limited to spoiled food, missed activities, or personal discomfort. The Host will make every reasonable effort to provide support and assistance during the outage. 👉Long Term Rentals: We do accommodate long-term rentals for stays longer than 30 days. 1. Verification: After booking through the Airbnb platform, we conduct our own verification process to ensure the safety and security of our property and guests. We kindly request that you provide us with your government-issued valid ID (with QR code) and any other supporting documents. For any additional guests who will be staying at the property, we require a copy of their valid IDs for reference. 2. Security Deposit: We require a security deposit equivalent to two (2) month’s rent. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding bills. 3. Incurred Expenses: Please note that any expenses incurred by the guests while on the property, such as damages or additional cleaning fees beyond normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the security deposit before the refund is processed. 4. Electric Bill: Additionally, please be aware that the monthly electric bill will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed separately. 5. Contract: A contract will be signed upon arrival at our property. Terms and conditions applies. 👉Release of Liability Agreement In consideration of being allowed to rent and occupy the property located, the guest(s) hereby release, waive, and discharge the host, property owner(s), property management company, and their respective agents, employees, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by the guest(s) or any of their invitees while in or upon the property, including any claims related to the use or occupancy of the property. The guest(s) voluntarily assume all risks of loss, damage, or injury and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the aforementioned parties from any claims arising out of their use or occupancy of the property, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay. Payment of any amount, including deposit or full payment via cash or any payment channel, shall serve as the guest(s)’ agreement to the terms and conditions of this Release of Liability Agreement. By placing payment, guests acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined by the property, including compliance with local laws and regulations. It's imperative for guests to acquaint themselves with these stipulations to foster a seamless and secure environment throughout their stay. Moreover, guests understand and agree that the property bears no liability for any accidents or incidents that may occur during their tenure.
